# コミュニティとガバナンス

既存の団体がMatsuri Foundationに参画していただきたいのはもちろん、これから生まれ立ち上がる新たな団体も参画していただくことを奨励しています。

その際、Matsuri Foundationが強いリーダーシップを発揮しても、それが過度に強権的であったり、独善的であっては持続的な運営はできません。そのため私たちは、コミュニティ主導のガバナンスへ段階的に移譲する計画を立てました。

### DAOの実現

Matsuriに参加していただいた団体や各メンバーが、自発的にイベントを開催し、自律分散的にMatsuriが盛り上がり続ける状態になることを理想としています。最終的には、365日、常に世界のどこかでMatsuriのメンバーがイベントを開催している状態を目指します。\
そのために必要なことは、リアル・ウェブを問わず、皆が集まれる場の提供です。Matsuri Foundationではこの場をDAO（分散型自律組織）と呼びます。

### Matsuri Community

2025年4月まで「COT Project Community」という名称で活動していたコミュニティを、Matsur Communityと名称を改めました。\
COTとMatsuriの目的地は同じであるため、旧COT Discordを装い新たにし、Matsuri DAOのコミュニケーションの場として活用いたします。ここをおもな集合場所として、さまざまなイベント企画立案、実行を行います。なお現時点でのDiscord上の主要言語は英語です。
