### **Fill the World with Matsuri** Matsuri is a project that connects people worldwide through events (= Matsuri). By realizing such a vision, the Matsuri Foundation aims to contribute to world peace through the spirit of the matsuri. ### **Matsuri 3.0** The Matsuri Foundation advocates for "Matsuri 3.0," an update to the traditional concept of festivals utilizing Web3 technology. This is a new, autonomous, decentralized form of event that does not depend on centralized organizers, where each participant engages proactively and co-creates together. Operated by a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), it realizes transparent and fair management through smart contracts and a token economy.
