### Matsuri Foundation

Matsuri Foundationは、プロジェクトの発起人として機能します。

**主な役割：**

* 世界中のイベント運営者の支援、伴走
* 各種イベント主催・コラボレーション
* 資金調達の企画、支援、実施、管理
* 新カルチャーの開発や、大局的なムーブメントの発案 など

私たちはプロジェクトを立ち上げ、推進する段階においては主導的、中央集権的な働きを行いますが、Matsuriの規模拡大に応じて、段階的にDAOへ権限を移譲します。詳しくは [コミュニティとガバナンス](/whitepaper/community-gov.md) のページをご覧ください。

### Cosplay Token Project(COT)
